Delete Your Knowlix Account

Delete your account from the app

You can permanently delete your Knowlix account directly from the app.

1. Open Knowlix – Stories & Novels.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Open the Profile tab.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.
6. If requested, verify your password to continue.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request account deletion without the app

If you cannot access the Knowlix app, you can request deletion by contacting our support team.

Send the request from the email address associated with your Knowlix account so that we can verify the account.

What data will be deleted?

When your account is deleted, account data associated with your Knowlix account will be permanently removed, including:

• Account profile information
• Email address associated with the account
• Coin balance associated with the account
• Chapter unlock information associated with the account
